Additionally, we will accept any other PPO plan not on the above list. However, if we are not in-network with the PPO (not one of the companies listed above), the patient may be responsible for a larger portion than if they see a physician that is in their network.
Insurance Plans That Will Not Cover Visits In Our Office
Unfortunately, we cannot bill HMOs that we are not in network with (e.g. BCBS HMO). If we are not in network, the insurance company will not cover the cost of the visit. To help make the cost of the visit affordable for our patients, we do offer a self-pay discount.
If you have specific questions about your coverage please contact your insurance company. We suggest contacting your insurance company’s customer service department by calling the number located on your card to help you locate a provider.
